When will my Plushieblobs arrive?
Good and bad news here! The aim is to have your Plushieblobs arrive at the start of the new year — we're trying for Christmas, but you'll likely have to bring the Plushieblobs energies into your new year plans! The good news is the 1st edition versions of the World Secrets characters will only be created once, so you'll have something very limited edition, and likely very valuable as Plushieblobs grows!
Can I change my order after pre-ordering?
Yes - the best thing to do is reach out to us on the @plushieblobs Instagram or TikTok page. Then we can work it out so you don't pay for shipping twice or accidentally get sent duplicates.
Why can't international customers check out yet?
Every country has different import taxes, shipping fees, boring paperwork, and safety testing to do. We don't want you to get stung with any unexpected fees throughout the process, so whilst we figure it out, we've just opened up the reserve option. You'll still be a part of the 1st edition release at a similar time to the UK.
Can I guarantee the Secret Rare?
The Secret Rare only appears by chance as a blindbox, but for the launch you are able to guarantee the Secret if you want the entire 1st edition World Secrets collection! As you're here from the very beginning, it's the least we can do! Don't get too used to it though :D
Can I get a refund after Pre-Ordering?
Yes, if you change your mind during the wait for the Plushieblobs you can ask for a refund :)
Will my Plushieblobs look exactly like the images?
They'll be very close! As we are still bringing the Plushieblobs to life, there will be some minor details that we adjust, but a big reason for the wait time is to make sure once they arrive, you're delighted with the quality!
